The Annual Ox Roast 5k, 10k, 15k Run/Walk occurs every Labor Day weekend. It is held on Saturday morning at 8:00 am. Cost is $20.00 (early registration) which also gives you a Watermelon Run T-Shirt.  The Village joined the West Michigan Fruitbelt series of races in 2015 thru the work of Sally Norg, and was assigned to represent the  watermelon in the Series of races in West Michigan, hence the new title The Watermelon Run.
